Products can only be exchanged provided that they have been unwashed, unworn or unused, and are in their original selling conditions with all tags and packing (if applicable) intact.

Innerwear, socks, discounted defective items, overseas items and paper shopping bags could not be exchanged.

Products can be exchanged at any Hong Kong stores. The difference will not be refunded if the price of the exchanged item is lower than the original one.

Products purchased outside of Hong Kong cannot be returned or exchanged in Hong Kong.
